which runs the brands such as Tokyu Hotel, Excel Hotel Tokyu, Tokyu Inn, Tokyu Resort, and Hotel Tokyu Bizfort.

| Jul. 20, 1963 | Tokyo Hilton Hotel opened as the first global chain hotel in Japan at the location. |
